Fresh lime. We are going to add a different sort of acidity more freshness here with the fresh lime.

Add some lime juice for a bit of a zing, then some pre-cooked noodles.

Add a drop more rice wine or dry sherry, some light soy sauce, and freshen it up with lime zest.

For additional freshness, some zingy lime zest, two tablespoons should be about right.
